Health Access & Nutrition:

Our Case Managers help families and community members fill out their state and government health insurance applications, apply for health services and attend health-related seminars. 

·  Enrollment in state health programs such as:

·  Healthy Families

·  Medi-Cal for families

·  Kaiser for Kids

·  Women, Infant and Children (WIC)

·  Medical Services for Indigents (MSI) NEW!

·  Health education focus groups

·  Referral services to other health programs both state and nation-wide.
