Mohammad Hijazi

Biography

Mohammad Hijazi is a Palestinian-American born in Southern California, where he was raised by his two loving parents, Mazen Hijazi & Rana Kayali, and older sister, Ranim. He has been an active member at numerous Islamic centers and non-profit organizations for several years. In 2016, Mohammad graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). In 2019, he graduated with his MBA from New York University (NYU) with a focus on finance. He hopes to use his experience to build his own startup in the near future.

Mohammad shares his passion for improving the lives of individuals in the U.S. and globally. After graduating with his bachelor’s degree, Mohammad helped build a youth center in the city of Los Angeles in order to create an empowering environment in which the youth can unleash their unique talents and gifts to fulfill their goals of life in all its fullness. Later, while living in New York City, he facilitated resources to equip kids and families to overcome poverty.

Most notably, he has been volunteering with AccessCal since he was eight years old and wants to continue to help and assist the organization in their growth. Mohammad champions AccessCal’s core vision and values.
