About Peace of Mind Conference

The Peace of Mind conference is a culturally and linguistically sensitive mental health wellness event organized by Access California Services. Initiated in 2018, the conference annually unites prominent speakers, leaders, and Middle Eastern and Muslim community members, including refugees and immigrants, in fruitful educational sessions on health and emotional    well-being. The Peace of Mind conference is open to one and all.

2020 Peace of Mind Conference

Our 2020 Peace of Mind conference will convene VIRTUALLY on Sunday, September 27, 2020 and Sunday, October 04, 2020 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 PM PST. This year, we will address the following questions:

· How to prevent practicing unhealthy behaviors when facing life challenges?

· Have you witnessed or gone through a traumatic event that prevents you from living a happy life?

· How can you positively prepare children with special needs and their families for success?

Globally renowned speakers and celebrities will deliver important messages on health and emotional well-being. They will    share their insights on how we can sail smoothly through a trying period. Each inspirational speech will be followed by a        Q&A session to enable discussion among the panelists and those in attendance. ASL Interpretation will be provided.
