Our Immigration and Citizenship Department, certified by the Board of Immigration Appeals, offers a range of services to the immigrant and refugee communities. Our team is comprised of Department of Justice (DOJ) Accredited Representatives that assist refugees and immigrants gain sound legal standing, so they can participate in civic engagement and access health and human services.

Services include:

• Family-based petitions I-130 Petitions for Alien Relatives

• Naturalization and citizenship Services, including Application Filing, citizenship classes and materials

• Certificate of citizenship Initial /Replacement

• Petition to remove conditions

• Petition for relative of asylees and refugees

• Renewal/Replacement of Green card

• Application to extend or change nonimmigrant status

• Adjustment of status

• Travel documents

• Initial/Renewal/Replacement of Work permit

• Affidavit of support

• Temporary Protective Status (TPS)

• Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

Our case managers can also assist you in enrolling for the following programs based on eligibility:

• CalFresh

• YIn-Home Supportive Services (IHSS)
